About The Role

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Proven experience managing fast-track architectural projects from Concept through Detailed Design to Tender Stage.
- 10+ years of architectural experience, including a minimum of 5 years in the UAE.
- Strong experience delivering residential and commercial high-rise developments.
- Excellent conceptual and technical design skills, with the ability to take a project from initial concept and develop it into a fully coordinated detailed design package.
- Expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with strong knowledge of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Thorough understanding of UAE building codes, regulations and authority approval processes, including DM, DDA and Civil Defence.
- Comfortable working within fast-track project environments and managing design development against tight programmes.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
