We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect Engineer to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards while also meeting design aesthetics and client needs. RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring they align with client specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure project success.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any design-related issues that arise during construction.
- Review and approve architectural plans, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project objectives.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for regulatory submissions and project execution.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and engineering within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Proficiency in building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
