About the RoleWe are looking for a talented Villa Architect with strong experience in designing and delivering luxury residential villas. The ideal candidate understands modern design, functionality, and high-end detailing, and can translate concepts into executable drawings with precision.
Key Responsibilities- Develop architectural concepts and full design packages for luxury villas.
- Produce detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
- Coordinate with interior, landscape, MEP, and structural teams.
- Ensure all designs meet local authority regulations and building codes.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is executed correctly.
- Collaborate closely with clients, design teams, and project managers.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's is a plus).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in villa or high-end residential projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Suite.
- Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
