Senior Architect

Responsibilities:

• Carry out constructability review during the Design and Modification stages.
• Review in a timely manner the Design Consultant(s)submittals and forward comments to Design Manager.
• Ensure the Design Consultant(s) incorporates the comments raised from previous stages.
• Review Tender Documents to ensure completeness prior to issuing to Bidders
• Participate in the pre-qualification of the construction contractor's list.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
• 10+ year's of relevant experience in architecture design and construction.
• Strong understanding of site execution.
• Strong communication , coordination and problem solving skills.
