Eligibility:
- Candidates with prior experience in Engineering Consultancy within the UAE are preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit is mandatory.
- Must have proven experience working on commercial projects, high-rise buildings, towers, or hotels within the UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual architectural designs into detailed construction drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with design director, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project requirements and goals.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and assess the feasibility of design concepts in terms of construction methods, materials, and technical specifications.
- Support the implementation and compliance with project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards in the UAE.
- Stay updated on any changes in the regulatory environment and incorporate them into the design process.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including architects, engineers, and drafters, to integrate architectural designs with other disciplines.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design changes, communications, and technical specifications.
- Prepare and present detailed design documentation for client review.
- Communicate regularly with the clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and address any concerns or modifications throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work for multiple projects and handle the pressure.
