Job Title: Senior Architect – Landscape Building
Location: Qiddiya, Riyadh
Reports To: Engineering Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Architect with strong capabilities in both landscape and building architecture, as well as a proven background in BIM (Building Information Modeling) and Civil 3D. This role requires someone who can lead multi-disciplinary projects, integrate innovative design with technical accuracy, and deliver sustainable, functional spaces from concept to construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural and landscape design projects, ensuring a cohesive vision and execution.
- Use BIM tools to develop coordinated 3D models and integrated construction documentation.
- Utilize Civil 3D for site planning, grading, and infrastructure modeling.
- Oversee the production of detailed construction drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, and internal teams throughout the design and construction lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and sustainability standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture.
- Minimum 10-15 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
- Licensed Architect (preferred or per regional requirements).
- Strong proficiency in BIM platforms (Revit, Navisworks, etc.) for multidisciplinary coordination.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization tools.
- In-depth knowledge of construction practices, detailing, and digital workflows.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale or complex projects.
