Senior Architect

We are seeking a visionary and highly creative Concept Design Architect to join our client. In this role, you won't just be drawing buildings; you will be the big picture thinker responsible for the initial spark of our most ambitious projects. You will translate complex client needs into compelling spatial narratives and iconic architectural forms.

Visionary Ideation: Lead the Stage 0 and Stage 1 design processes, generating innovative architectural concepts that respond to site, context, and client aspirations.

Narrative Development: Craft compelling design stories and big ideas that provide a clear logic for the project's aesthetic and functional direction.

Visual Storytelling: Produce high-end 3D visualizations, hand sketches, and diagrams that communicate complex ideas simply and persuasively.

Feasibility Analysis: Ensure that avant-garde concepts remain rooted in reality by considering massing, zoning, and basic structural logic.

Client Engagement: Present bold ideas to stakeholders and clients, effectively defending design choices while remaining open to collaborative evolution.

Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with urban planners, interior designers, and technical architects to ensure the DNA of the concept is preserved through development.

Education

Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).

Experience

5–8 years of experience with a heavy focus on the conceptual/competition phases with at least 5 years working experience in the UAE.
