Senior Architect OR Architect

Black & Grey HR is hiring a skilled Senior Architect on behalf of a leading construction company in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be a visionary professional with a proven track record in managing high-profile architectural projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for leading and overseeing architectural design initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget and in line with the highest quality standards. The role involves close collaboration with clients, engineers, contractors, and cross-functional teams to translate visionary concepts into built reality, while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end architectural design projects, from initial concept development to construction completion.

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and preferences, delivering tailored design solutions.

- Prepare and present compelling design proposals, including sketches, 3D models, and detailed visualizations.

- Develop comprehensive architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other advanced design tools.

- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility, compliance, and seamless execution.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently to meet deadlines and financial targets.

- Mentor and guide junior architects, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.

- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.

- Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, client presentations, and strategic meetings.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil or a related field.

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in civil design, with a strong portfolio of successfully managed projects.

- Proven expertise in large-scale construction projects, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.

- Mastery of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong project management abilities, with a knack for multitasking and prioritizing under tight deadlines.

- Keen attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving aptitude.

- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.

- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams and drive collaboration.
