Define, review, and negotiate the technical scope of work required from external consultants during the contracting phase.
Assess consultant capabilities and ensure their deliverables align with project requirements and organizational standards.
Monitor the performance of external consultants and promptly report any discrepancies or issues that may affect project quality, progress, or compliance.
Provide the Project Coordinator with accurate and practical time estimates for completing architectural tasks, including outsourced scope.
Participate actively in project progress meetings, contributing insights that support project goals related to quality, budget, and schedule.
Develop architectural designs and produce detailed drawings in alignment with the project plan, including program, timeline, and cost targets.
Ensure designs reflect stakeholder requirements and regulatory standards.
Conduct thorough design reviews and validation for both in-house and outsourced work at all project stages.
Verify that design outputs meet project programs, technical specifications, and stakeholder expectations.
Identify design inconsistencies or risks and provide recommendations for corrective action.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in architecture.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
Strong proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing external consultants is a strong advantage.
