Senior Architect - Real Estate Development Experience

Key Responsibilities:

* 5+ years of experience in the real estate development sector is a must.

* Review architectural designs and construction drawings and approve them technically according to the developer's requirements.

* Coordinate between Architectural / Structural / MEP / Landscape / Interior disciplines.

* Review contractor and consultant shop drawings and provide comments.

* Review and approve material submittals, samples and mock-ups.

* Monitor the quality of architectural works on site and ensure compliance with specifications and design.

* Conduct site visits and inspections and review executed works.

* Review contractor RFIs and coordinate to obtain solutions and approvals.

* Study architectural changes and assess their impact on cost and schedule.

* Prepare and review snag lists and follow up on their closure.

* Follow up on final handover, as-built drawings, O&M manuals and warranties.

* Ensure there is no gap between approved design and actual site execution.

* Prepare periodic reports on architectural progress, risks and issues.
