Richmond is seeking a Senior Architect with a strong passion for design excellence to join our team. This role is primarily focused on conceptual and design development, shaping projects from early vision through detailed design.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to conceptual, schematic, and design development phases
- Drive overall design vision, quality, and consistency across projects
- Produce and oversee high-quality design drawings, presentations, and visualizations
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Participate in design reviews, charrettes, and client presentations
- Ensure designs align with project goals, budgets, and schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Architecture is required
- Registered Architect with the SCE
- 8+ years of professional experience, with a strong design portfolio
- Proven leadership in architectural design on complex projects
- Advanced proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and constructability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
