About Us:

Atmos Design Studio is the interior design studio of the Caspaiou Group.

As part of the Caspaiou Group, we focus on luxury, high-end interior design and architecture projects, with a portfolio that includes high-end residential villas and premium residences, as well as selected boutique malls and boutique hotels.

We work closely with in-house procurement, logistics, and installation teams to deliver fully integrated interior solutions combining refined design, strong technical execution, bespoke joinery, and carefully curated FF&E from leading international brands.

Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Architect / Senior Interior Architect to take full ownership of luxury residential interior design projects, from concept to handover.

This role combines creative leadership, advanced technical development, and direct client engagement. You will lead design decisions, translate design intent into buildable solutions, and coordinate closely with both internal delivery teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership & Project Ownership

Lead luxury residential interior design projects from concept to handover.

Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and material specifications.

Make clear, confident design decisions aligned with luxury residential standards.

3D Modelling & Technical Delivery

Create and manage 3D models efficiently using SketchUp and/or Rhino.

Translate design intent into layouts, models, and technical drawings.

Produce, review, and issue construction and joinery drawings.

Ensure advanced technical detailing in joinery, materials, and interior construction.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

Act as a client-facing representative, presenting proposals and guiding design decisions.

Manage client communication and expectation alignment.

Coordinate with local and international contractors, consultants, and manufacturers.

Review shop drawings, samples, and material submittals.

FF&E & Delivery Integration

Lead FF&E selection, specification, and space planning.

Collaborate with procurement teams on BOQs, selections, and vendor coordination.

Prepare structured handover packages for logistics and installation teams.

Team & Quality Management

Guide and mentor junior architects and designers.

Maintain drawing standards, documentation structure, project timelines, and quality control.

Ensure adherence to relevant codes, standards, and project budgets.

Requirements

Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.

Minimum 7 years of professional experience, preferably in UAE or GCC.

Strong background in luxury residential interior design, primarily villas.

Proven experience managing full interior design projects from concept to handover.

High proficiency in AutoCAD.

High proficiency in SketchUp and/or Rhino.

Strong experience in technical detailing, joinery development, and interior construction.

Strong knowledge of FF&E, material specifications, and finishes.

Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and installation workflows.

Fluent in site coordination and construction follow-up.

Proven ability to make interior design decisions independently.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and structured in working method.
