Senior Architect

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee architectural design across multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain design standards and ensure multidisciplinary coordination (structure, MEP, ID, landscape, infrastructure).
• Review detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Provide site support and resolve design-related challenges.
• Prepare and review technical annexes.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural engineering.
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation, materials, and regulations.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with LEED, EDGE, or Tarsheed green building systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
