Senior Architect

As TP Bennett Bluehaus continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our Dubai team.

This role is suited to an architect who combines strong design and technical expertise with the ability to lead project delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and develop high-quality architectural solutions across the Middle East.

We're looking for someone with:

• Qualified Architect with a minimum of 7 years experience, with experience leading architectural projects across Commercial, Cultural, Retail, Residential and Hospitality sectors.
• Strong experience delivering projects from concept through to construction.
• Strong technical knowledge of architectural design, detailing and construction documentation.
• Experience providing technical guidance, training and mentoring to junior team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment and contribute positively to the wider studio.

Working closely with our architecture, interior design and engineering teams, you'll play a key role in developing design solutions, leading technical coordination, managing project documentation and supporting the successful delivery of projects across the Middle East.

Our UAE, Saudi Arabia and the Philippines studios combine international expertise with deep regional knowledge to deliver projects that shape workplaces, hospitality, mixed-use developments and civic environments.
