Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences. Develop design concepts and translate them into detailed layouts, elevations, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design tools.
- Create efficient and visually appealing villa designs that optimize the use of space, natural light, and ventilation. Consider factors such as functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Research and recommend suitable materials, finishes, and fixtures that align with the design concept and meet quality standards. Consider factors such as durability, cost-effectiveness, and client preferences.
- Prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction details. Ensure that drawings adhere to industry standards and are easily understandable by contractors and construction teams.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, interior designers, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of architectural designs with other disciplines. Coordinate with contractors and vendors during the construction phase to address design-related queries and ensure adherence to design intent.
- Present design concepts, layouts, and elevations to clients using visual aids such as sketches, 3D renderings, and presentations. Effectively communicate design ideas, rationale, and solutions to address client feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage multiple villa design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints. Monitor project progress, review construction documents, and provide design support during the construction phase.
- Stay updated with current trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in villa design and architecture. Continuously enhance your skills through self-learning, attending workshops, and participating in relevant industry events.
- Oversee and mentor junior architects and other staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that their expectations are met.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Architectural Designer with a focus on villa design.
- Strong proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and visualization tools.
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes.
- Excellent creativity and ability to translate concepts into innovative designs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
