A leading Construction Project is urgently hiring for the role of Senior Architectural Draftsman
QUALIFICATION:
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other drafting tools
- Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural drafting for building projects
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and layouts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate concepts into technical drawings
- Ensure drawings comply with local codes, regulations, and project specifications
- Revise and update drawings based on site conditions and client feedback
- Maintain organized documentation and drawing archives
NOTE:
- Candidate should have a valid Iqama ID minimum of 3 months 2025
