Role Description

Lead the architectural technical office team and assign tasks across various projects.

Review and approve architectural shop drawings, details, and coordination layouts.

Ensure compliance with design standards, codes, and client requirements.

Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure smooth execution.

Oversee the preparation of as-built drawings and documentation.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects and draftsmen.

Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project managers regarding design clarifications and approvals.

Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of technical documents.

Ensure adherence to quality, accuracy, and consistency across all architectural outputs.

Participate in technical meetings, progress reviews, and site coordination when needed.

Qualifications

  • Must have experience in Commercial & residential projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
  • Experience of 4 -12 years in architectural design and technical office roles.
  • Proficient in digital design software, including AutoCAD and 3D Max.
  • Good in English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
