Role Description

The Senior Architecture Technical Office Engineer (Fit-Out Projects) is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid.

The role involves reviewing and preparing architectural shop drawings, coordinating with civil and electrical disciplines, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.

Responsibilities include preparing and verifying BOQs, supporting quantity surveying activities, and providing technical input for cost estimates and variation orders.

The engineer will follow up on design changes, liaise with site teams and subcontractors, and resolve technical issues to keep fit-out works aligned with project schedules and quality requirements.

The role also requires preparing technical reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting project managers in planning and execution.

Qualifications

• 3 : 5 Years of experience .
• Candidates should possess strong skills in preparing and reviewing Shop Drawings, particularly for architectural and fit-out works.
• Candidates should possess solid experience in BOQ preparation, verification, and coordination with project budgets and cost control.
• Candidates should possess knowledge in Civil Engineering relevant to contracting and fit-out project implementation.
• Candidates should possess understanding of Electrical Engineering aspects that impact fit-out design coordination and installations.
• Candidates should possess competencies in Quantity Surveying, including measurements, take-offs, and valuation of works.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of technical office experience in fit-out or interior projects, preferably with contracting companies.
• Proficiency in (CAD- 3D Max-Photoshop) and design software, MS Office, and relevant project documentation tools.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work on-site under time and quality constraints.
