Role Description

• The Senior Architecture Technical Office Engineer (Fit-Out Projects) is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid.
• Responsible for leading the technical preparation and coordination of assigned projects, including shop drawings, technical submissions, material approvals, and consultant comments
• . Coordinates with site, suppliers, clients, and consultants to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Supports the Technical Office Manager in reviewing work, solving complex technical issues, and maintaining project quality.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Engineering / relevant degree
• 3–5 years
• Shop drawings; quantity take-off; specifications; RFIs; submittals; as-built; coordination
• AutoCAD; MS Excel; PDF/document tools
• Attention to detail; teamwork; communication; time management; problem solving
