Drawdeck is a Dubai based art consultancy and framing/art fabrication studio. We work with hotels and hospitality brands across the region, creating art programmes that tell a story and elevate a space.

The role

We're looking for a Senior Art Consultant with a strong creative point of view, an exceptional eye for detail, and the experience to lead art consultancy projects from concept through to installation.

You'll take ownership of key projects, developing strong art narratives, guiding clients through the creative process, and working closely with designers, artists, suppliers and our in-house fabrication team to bring concepts to life.

This role suits someone who is confident balancing creativity with commercial and project requirements, comfortable leading client conversations, and able to support and mentor more junior members of the team.

What you'll do

• Lead the development of art narratives and creative concepts for hospitality projects
• Develop and oversee curated artwork selections aligned with each project's design direction, brand and budget
• Source and build relationships with artists, galleries and suppliers
• Advise clients and project teams on artwork, framing, materials, finishes and fabrication solutions
• Lead client presentations and confidently communicate and defend creative recommendations
• Manage multiple projects from initial brief through to production and installation
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, specifications, procurement and supplier coordination
• Work closely with interior designers, hoteliers, consultants and our fabrication team to ensure smooth project delivery
• Review artwork samples, finishes and production outcomes to maintain the intended creative direction and quality
• Anticipate project challenges and develop practical, creative solutions
• Support and mentor Art Consultants and Junior Art Consultants within the team
• Help maintain and improve the team's creative and presentation standards

What you'll bring

• 5+ years experience in art consultancy, interior design, FF&E or a related creative field
• Strong experience working on hospitality, luxury residential or high-end commercial projects
• Excellent design sensibility with a strong understanding of art, composition, scale, colour, finishes and materials
• Proven ability to develop creative concepts and turn them into clear, compelling art proposals
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills
• Confidence managing projects independently and taking ownership of key decisions
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Good commercial awareness, including experience working within project budgets and timelines
• Ability to manage several projects at once without losing attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft and 3D

Nice to have

• Strong experience specifically within hospitality or FF&E projects
• Existing network of artists, galleries or suppliers in the region
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior creative team members
• Familiarity with artwork production, framing and fabrication processes

We are accepting both local and international applications. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Dubai for this role.
