Job Description
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Asset Information & Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant to support an upcoming infrastructure project.
The consultant will be responsible for asset information management activities, including the definition of asset structures, assessment and transformation of legacy data, support for EAM system configuration, and facilitation of stakeholder workshops across transport and infrastructure asset classes.

- Travel may be required
- Expected start date: End of October
- Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Define and develop asset classification structures, hierarchies, and asset information models.
- Assess legacy asset data and identify data quality, structure, and transformation requirements.
- Support asset register transformation and data migration activities.
- Support the configuration and implementation of Enterprise Asset Management systems.
- Develop and maintain GIS-related asset data models.
- Support infrastructure asset lifecycle management processes.
- Lead stakeholder workshops involving technical, operational, and business teams.
- Translate asset management requirements into structured system and data models.
- Support asset management activities across transport and infrastructure asset classes.
Qualifications and Experience
- 12–15+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 55000 Asset Management standards and principles.
- Strong experience in asset classification, asset hierarchies, and asset register development.
- Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo and/or Bentley AssetWise.
- Experience with GIS asset data models.
- Experience in asset register transformation and legacy data assessment.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure asset lifecycle management.
- Experience supporting or configuring EAM systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience within transport and/or infrastructure environments.
- Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
Preferred Profile
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in asset information and EAM with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders, understand complex legacy asset environments, and translate business and operational requirements into structured asset management solutions.
