Job Description
As a Senior Associate in the Private Equity team, you will play a critical role in the full lifecycle of investments-from origination and due diligence through to execution and portfolio management. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading financial analysis, valuation, and modeling for potential investments
- Supporting deal structuring, negotiations, and documentation
- Conducting market and sector research with a focus on GCC opportunities
- Managing relationships with portfolio companies and contributing to value creation initiatives
- Preparing investment committee materials and presenting findings
- Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders across the investment process
The Successful Applicant
- Must be currently working in the UAE (essential)
- Native or fluent Arabic language skills (essential)
- 6-8 years of experience in private equity or M&A
- Proven track record in executing transactions and managing portfolio companies
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Deep understanding of the GCC investment landscape
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
