We're Hiring: Settlements
We are looking for a detail-oriented Settlements professional to join our Settlements Division and support the smooth execution of investment transactions.
About the Role
This role plays a key role in ensuring all trades and investment transactions are processed accurately and on time, in line with internal policies and CMA regulations. This role works closely with Portfolio Management and Compliance to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and monitor daily investment transactions and settlements
- Ensure all trades are accurately recorded in the system
- Handle subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and FX-related transactions
- Perform reconciliations
- Manage corporate actions (dividends, capital changes, etc.)
- Coordinate with banks, custodians, and third parties
- Assist in system enhancements, testing, and process improvements
- Maintain accurate records for reporting, auditing, and compliance
Experience/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in investment operations or settlements
- Experience in Auditing, Portfolio, & Fund
- Good understanding of financial markets and investment products
- Familiarity with CMA rules and regulations is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
