Job Description
- Overseeing financial modeling, valuation, and feasibility analysis for major real estate developments
- Leading fundraising efforts and structuring capital solutions with banks and investors
- Driving strategic planning and market analysis to support investment decisions
- Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking
- Preparing and presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders
- Supporting M&A, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions
The Successful Applicant
- 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or real estate finance
- CA required; MBA and/or CFA preferred
- Proven expertise in financial modeling and investment analysis
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics and project financing
