Senior Associate Director - Wealth Management & Private Banking

We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate Director with a strong background in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Management or Financial Services.

• Location: Dubai, UAE
• Experience:10+ years Minimum

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment, Financial Markets or Financial Planning.
• Strong knowledge of Private Banking products and investment solutions.
• Proven experience in client acquisition, AUM growth and relationship management.
• Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and DFSA is preferred.
• Experience with Private Banks or EAMs in DIFC will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage HNW/UHNW client relationships and drive AUM growth.
• Develop new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
• Advise clients on suitable investment, wealth management and private banking products.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and deliver high service standards.
• Stay updated on market trends, investment products and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with DFSA, AML, KYC and investment suitability requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams and external counterparties to deliver tailored solutions.
