Responsibilities

  • Managing and supervising DIFC and ADGM court matters. 
  • Briefing and assisting barristers as and when required by the client.
  • Working with Associates, Junior Associates, and Trainees in the team.
  • Corresponding with court registries, etc. as and when required.
  • Drafting expert witness statements and opinions assistance which would be submitted before various judicial authorities.
  • Assisting the Head of the Department.

Skills

  • Strong procedural and substantive legal knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple matters simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to analyse complex case files and data.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years overall legal experience.
  • At least 3 years hands-on experience handling DIFC and ADGM Court matters.
  • English law qualification preferred.
