Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate - Mechanical to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for leading mechanical engineering projects, providing technical expertise, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for our clients.

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex mechanical systems and components
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
  • Conduct detailed engineering analyses and provide technical recommendations to optimize system performance
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical designs with other engineering disciplines
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to team members
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, participating in client meetings and presentations
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
  • Contribute to business development efforts by supporting proposal writing and cost estimations
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; Master's degree preferred
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field
  • Advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven experience in design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and sustainable design practices
  • Experience working on projects in the Middle East region is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the UAE and occasionally to other countries in the region
