Senior Associate (National Talent only)

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Associate to join our dynamic Project Delivery team -part of DEDC ( Dubai Economic Development Corporation) supporting the implementation of large-scale initiatives across priority sectors.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment and enjoys turning strategy into execution.

If you have 25 years experience in consulting, strategy, project management or economic development this role is for you.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable project plans
• Support end-to-end delivery of innovation initiatives (design execution reporting handover)
• Independently manage assigned workstreams within defined timelines and budgets
• Identify risks, propose mitigation actions, and ensure smooth project progression
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and executive updates
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and drive KPIs
• Conduct market research and track innovation trends to identify opportunities and gaps
