Sr. Associate, Operations | MAF Properties | West Region
Role Summary
The position is mainly responsible to administer in the assigned mall security function and to provide optimalnlevel of security and safety for the property and assets.
ROLE PROFILE
- Handle tenant operational requests related to stock taking, visual merchandising, material deliveries, store maintenance, and minor renovation works, while coordinating approvals with security.
- Supervise mall security operations to ensure the safety of assets, tenants, staff, and visitors at all times.
- Support the development and implementation of the annual security risk management plan within approved budgets.
- Collaborate with Mall Management to create and execute effective security strategies for the mall.
- Coordinate security arrangements for events and promotions with Marketing and MPM to ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors.
- Manage operational and project budgets effectively, including OPEX expenses and assigned CAPEX projects.
- Oversee daily operations and contractor performance, ensuring corrective actions are taken, security KPIs are met, and regular meetings are held with the security site manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies, including contractor adherence, traffic management during peak hours/emergencies, and promoting MAF values and code of conduct.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in mall operations, facilities management, or a similar environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities to manage daily operational and security-related tasks.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to support tenants, staff professionally.
- Basic knowledge of safety, security, and risk management procedures is an advantage.
