Role Summary
The Senior Associate, Sales will drive property sales by developing client relationships, managing leads, and closing deals in Cairo's dynamic real estate market. The role requires an individual who is proactive, results-driven to drive qualified leads through the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with a developing network and growing experience in the real estate sector.
ROLE PROFILE
- Execute sales strategies to meet individual and team targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Deliver personalized property consultations and high-quality customer service.
- Attend viewings, launches, and client meetings to drive conversions.
- Stay updated on Cairo's real estate market and share insights to refine sales approaches.
- Work with brokerage agencies and partners to generate leads and support sales.
- Handle sales documentation, follow-ups, CRM updates, and provide regular reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 13 years of real estate sales experience, preferably with a reputable developer or brokerage
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target.
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach and valuable connections in the real estate community.
- Skilled in Salesforce and Microsoft Office, fluent in English and Arabic.
- Results-driven, proactive, well-presented, highly organized, and able to work independently or within a team.
