Group Technology enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. We are seeking for talented professional, to drive and enable the vision of World's Best and Safest Bank.

About This Role

Strategic Planning and Program Management function of Group Technology COO is responsible for strategy development and program management. This role will support the CIO and Tech leaders in developing, articulating, and driving the overall tech strategy and messaging. This includes working with different stakeholders across the business across geographies.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Articulation

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to define and shape short- and long-term Technology priorities
  • Proactively identify and analyse emerging trends through active research, providing insightful recommendations to shape strategic direction
  • Translate complex information into clear, concise messages
  • Craft compelling narratives and presentations that articulate the technology vision to internal and external audiences, including executive leadership, regulatory bodies, and board members

Executive Support and Performance Management

  • Serve as the Secretariat for the Tech Executive Committee, developing agenda, managing meeting logistics, and maintaining related documentation
  • Design key performance indicators to translate strategy into actionables
  • Implement tracking mechanisms to ensure Tech priorities are on track

Requirements

  • Min. 5 years of relevant experience in strategic planning or a related function.
  • Demonstrated competencies in critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to very quickly connect the dots, summarise and communicate complex topics to story-tell in an understandable manner for different stakeholders, especially for senior executives.
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and in fast paced environment.
  • Strong management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to deliver quality at speed, with strong attention to details.
  • Experience working in a technology environment and/or familiarity with complex programs is highly advantageous.
