Job Description
The main responsibilities of the Senior Associate - Technology Operations are as follows:
- Meeting SLAs across Incident, Problem, Change & Request Management processes
- Ensure key processes such as Asset and Media Management are thoroughly followed
- Data Center access supervision and support
- Execution of infrastructure engineering activities such as design, implementation, monitoring, capacity planning
- Escalation of issues and identified risks
- Working closely with other EMEA offices for troubleshooting and service delivery
- Making recommendations for improvement of Technology Operations
- Implementing information back-up and recovery strategies as per global standards
- Problem management support
- Inventory management
- Educating stakeholders on self-service tools
- Adherence to Technology Policies, Standards and Procedures
The Successful Applicant
The Senior Associate - Technology Operations will be/have:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field of study
- 4+ years of experience in Technology Operations, ideally within the banking/financial services sector
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Service-oriented; ability to deliver Technology support across all levels of the organisation
- Ability to multi-task environment, and thrive in a deadline driven environment
- Able to work effectively with different nationalities spread across several geographical locations
- A problem solver; able to identify problems and propose ways to mitigate the risk
- A Saudi national
- Based in/willing to relocate to Riyadh
