AutoCAD Draftsman Interior Design & Architecture

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman to join our interior design and architectural team. The candidate will prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and BOQs for residential and commercial projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design and site requirements.

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed plans, elevations, sections, and joinery drawings using AutoCAD.

Produce as-built and shop drawings in coordination with design and site teams.

Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material take-offs.

Ensure all drawings meet company and project standards.

Coordinate with designers, architects, and contractors for drawing revisions and approvals.

Software Skills:

AutoCAD (Advanced)

Revit (BasicIntermediate)

Photoshop (for presentation drawings)

Microsoft Excel (for BOQ and quantity take-off)

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's in Architecture or Interior Design.

Minimum 35 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of fit-out details and interior finishes.

Excellent attention to detail and time management.
