To maintain a competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a new Senior Automation Engineer

Job purpose:

To provide architectural direction, ensure framework scalability, and lead technical execution across all regions and products. The L4 Engineer acts as the backbone of automation excellence, managing L1 engineers and guiding the technical roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead framework design, structure, and technology decisions.
• Own automation coverage for all modules, regions, and products (UI, API, Mobile).
• Manage and mentor L1 engineers; provide technical guidance to L2–L3.
• Prioritize automation tasks across squads based on business value.
• Drive CI/CD and environment stability in collaboration with DevOps.
• Lead framework debugging, tool integrations, and reporting enhancements.
• Represent automation in technical discussions, demos, and leadership meetings.
• Collaborate cross-regionally (Egypt, KSA, UAE) to ensure consistency.
• Contribute to roadmap definition and automation KPIs.

Qualifications:

• 4–7 years of pure automation experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science
• Strong expertise in Java, Playwright/Selenium, RestAssured, Jenkins
• Proven CI/CD troubleshooting and debugging experience
• Architectural mindset; framework ownership experience
• Excellent understanding of API/UI/Mobile automation
