Job Summary

The Senior B2B Furniture Sales Consultant is responsible for developing and securing project-based furniture and FF&E sales opportunities across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on corporate offices, hospitality projects, residential developments, government entities, and commercial developments.

The position requires strong experience in project sales, tender management, and client relationship development with consultants, architects, developers, and contractors. The consultant will manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, project identification, specification, proposal preparation, negotiation, and project coordination until delivery and installation completion.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Market Expansion
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities within the furniture, FF&E, and interior fit-out sectors.
  • Develop strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects, project managers, and contractors.
  • Track upcoming construction and interior projects across Saudi Arabia.
  • Promote the company's furniture solutions, office furniture systems, hospitality furniture, and custom FF&E packages.
Project Sales Management
  • Manage the full B2B project sales cycle from opportunity identification to project closing.
  • Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, quotations, and presentations for furniture and FF&E packages.
  • Work closely with clients to specify products and solutions in project design stages.
  • Conduct product presentations and showroom demonstrations.
Tender & Contract Management
  • Participate in tender submissions and bidding processes.
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs.
  • Coordinate internally to prepare competitive and compliant project proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules with clients.
Project Coordination & Installation Supervision
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, logistics, and installation teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Follow up on production schedules, delivery timelines, and installation planning.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor furniture installation and project completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered according to client specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Account Management
  • Maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and developers.
  • Expand business with existing clients through repeat projects and framework agreements.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
Sales Performance & Reporting
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and project revenue goals.
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline and CRM records.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and project status updates.
