Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior B2B Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success with B2B clients in all commercial and industrial (C&I) sectors. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
  • Present and promote TED Energy's products and services to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in the commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Strong technical knowledge of solar and energy efficiency solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
