We are seeking an expert Product Owner to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring that development teams have a clear understanding of requirements and priorities
- Work closely with stakeholders, including Product Manager, customers, and development teams, to gather requirements and ensure product alignment with market needs
- Write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development process
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and user needs, and translate findings into actionable product features
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure product quality and address any issues that arise during testing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. A relevant certifications (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) is a plus
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within the fintech or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, particularly Agile/Scrum
- Proven ability to analyze market trends, user feedback, and product performance metrics to drive decision-making
- Experience with fintech products, digital banking, or investment solutions
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and user research methodologies
