The Full Stack Developer will take full responsibility for the design, development, enhancement, integration, and ongoing maintenance of all CRI Group platforms, which include Employ Smart, Risk Sentinel, IntegrityCheck360, and any other future development and enhancement of technology-backed requirements. This pivotal role requires a proactive technologist with deep expertise in modern web frameworks, as well as significant experience in integrating AI and NLP solutions. The ideal candidate will be adept at building and managing API-driven architectures to deliver scalable, intelligent, and secure applications suitable for enterprise environments
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Development: Architect, design, and build scalable web applications using modern full-stack technologies (Laravel, FastAPI, React/Vue, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- AI & NLP Integration: Collaborate with data scientists and AI developers to integrate NLP models for automated sentiment analysis, behavioral profiling, and intelligent insights.
- Platform Enhancement: Continuously improve existing portals (EmploySmart, RiskSentinel, etc.) with new features, enhanced UX, and optimised performance.
- API Development: Design and integrate RESTful APIs for third-party data feeds sanctions, PEP, adverse media, ESG, and compliance datasets.
- System Security & Compliance: Ensure all platforms comply with PDPL, GDPR, and ISO 27001 information security standards.
- Cloud Management: Manage deployments on Azure / AWS, ensuring high availability and cost optimisation.
- Testing & QA Automation: Implement automated testing pipelines to ensure quality and consistency in deployments.
