We're looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our team and help build scalable, high-performing systems.
What you'll do:
Develop & optimize backend systems, APIs, and integrations.
Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
Monitor system health, fix issues, and improve performance.
Lead code reviews, mentor juniors, and collaborate with stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
5+ years backend development (2+ in senior/lead role).
Strong in Python / Node.js, RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, Redis.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Google Cloud.
Knowledge of OOP, design patterns & testing frameworks.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
