We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong backend, integration, and deployment experience to support the development and enhancement of enterprise AI-enabled applications in a secure industrial environment.
The role will focus on backend services, APIs, real-time data integration, application reliability, containerized deployment, and production support readiness. The engineer should be comfortable working with modern web architectures, enterprise integrations, AI/ML service integration, and container platforms such as OpenShift / Kubernetes.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain secure backend services and APIs for enterprise web applications.
- Build and enhance application services for reporting, dashboards, notifications, user workflows, admin functions, and AI/ML integration.
- Integrate applications with enterprise data sources, operational data platforms, document repositories, notification services, and existing backend systems.
- Support real-time or near-real-time data flows using APIs, WebSockets, Server-Sent Events, message queues, or similar patterns.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, configuration, compatibility, and deployment-related issues.
- Work with AI/data teams to integrate model outputs, analytics services, RAG/LLM services, and monitoring components into application workflows.
- Support containerized application deployment using Docker and OpenShift / Kubernetes.
- Work with Bitbucket / Git, CI/CD pipelines, release management, environment configuration, and deployment validation.
- Support application logging, monitoring, patch releases, performance troubleshooting, and production stabilization.
- Follow secure coding practices and support security scan remediation, testing, UAT, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with solution architects, frontend engineers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders.
Job Requirements - 10+ years of experience in full-stack or backend-focused enterprise application development.
- Strong backend development experience using one or more of: Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, Python/FastAPI/Django, or similar frameworks.
- Strong experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and API documentation using OpenAPI / Swagger.
- Experience with authentication, authorization, role-based access control, secure API design, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, TimescaleDB, or similar.
- Experience with Docker and deployment to OpenShift / Kubernetes environments.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD, Git/Bitbucket workflows, branching, pull requests, code reviews, and release processes.
- Experience troubleshooting production issues, logs, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures.
- Good understanding of application security, vulnerability remediation, and secure software development practices.
- Ability to work in structured enterprise environments with documentation, testing, and formal acceptance processes.
