Role Description The Senior Below-The-Line Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new BTL business opportunities, managing a portfolio of clients, and driving revenue growth through tailored promotional and activation programs. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and meeting potential clients, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating closely with internal creative and operations teams to ensure successful execution of campaigns. The specialist will monitor market trends, maintain strong client relationships, and provide regular performance updates and insights to management. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in industry events or client meetings will be essential to expanding the agency's BTL footprint.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in BTL sales, trade marketing, or activation management within an advertising or marketing agency environment.
- Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, understand client needs, and present strategic solutions.
- Solid knowledge of ATL and BTL channels, brand activation, in-store promotions, events, and experiential marketing tactics.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and close deals.
- Results-oriented mindset with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.
- Ability to work on-site in Giza, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with creative, production, and account management teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and basic reporting/analytics for sales and campaign performance.
- Previous experience in the local Giza/Cairo market and fluency in English and Arabic are considered an advantage.
