Senior BIM Coordinator - EMEA

We are hiring a Design Integration & Design Standards Specialist to build and maintain modular design standards and reusable building components across multiple sites. You will coordinate Architecture, Structural, MEP, and material-handling inputs to eliminate design redundancy and resolve integration issues.

You will develop reference models, test-fit layouts, and technical specifications to improve speed, quality, and consistency of design delivery. You will also support technology enablement by leveraging parametric modeling, automation, and AI-driven validation to accelerate standards development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop modular design standards and reusable components to eliminate design redundancy across projects.
• Identify integration challenges through documentation review, stakeholder interviews, and site/process observation.
• Coordinate and resolve inconsistencies across Architecture, Structural, MEP, and MHE models during design development.
• Produce super-module/mini-composite concepts, building shell integration standards, and processing layouts for multiple scenarios.
• Create and maintain 3D reference models from point cloud data and support retrofit/greenfield layout test-fits.
• Integrate vendor drawings into coordinated models and close design flaws identified during coordination reviews.
• Support technology enablement through parametric modeling, automation, and AI-driven design validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Mechanical, Industrial, or Process Engineering.
• 6–10 years of experience in design integration, BIM coordination, or design standardization for the built environment.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks/coordination tools, including BIM 360.
• Experience creating or coordinating models using point cloud data (scan-to-BIM).
• Strong understanding of modular design principles and construction standardization.
• Exposure to automated material handling equipment (MHE), including robotics, is preferred.
• Strong multi-stakeholder coordination skills with high attention to detail and fast turnaround.
• Advanced English communication skills, written and spoken.
