Senior BIM Electrical Design Engineer

Location: Nasr City, Cairo

We're looking for an experienced Senior BIM Electrical Design Engineer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in electrical building design, BIM coordination, and international design standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems for building projects using BIM.
• Prepare electrical design drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate electrical designs with structural and mechanical disciplines.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Review and resolve design clashes and support BIM coordination.
• Contribute to design quality, project delivery, and technical coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical building design.
• Strong experience in BIM and Revit MEP.
• Knowledge of international electrical design codes; Saudi Codes experience is preferred.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to start immediately is preferred.

Technical Expertise

Experience designing:

• Power distribution systems
• Lighting and emergency lighting systems
• Earthing and lightning protection systems
• Low-current systems
