As part of our continued growth, we are seeking experienced Senior BIM Engineers across Architecture, Electrical, and Mechanical disciplines to support the development and delivery of high-quality BIM models, technical documentation, and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop detailed Revit models in compliance with approved BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project standards.
• Create and maintain Revit families according to project and submittal requirements.
• Prepare required technical calculations, ensuring alignment with project specifications and design requirements.
• Prepare and update required shop drawings and technical documentation.
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs using Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Navisworks.
• Coordinate BIM models across different disciplines and support the resolution of design conflicts and clashes.
• Review BIM models and drawings to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
• Support BIM deliverables throughout different project stages.
• Coordinate with Technical Office, Design, and Site teams to ensure consistency between models, drawings, and project requirements.
• Maintain BIM documentation and follow established BIM workflows and project standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline:

* Architecture: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

*Electrical: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

*Mechanical: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in BIM, preferably within construction, contracting, or engineering projects.
• Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit and relevant BIM tools.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks and BIM coordination.
• Proven experience in preparing and reviewing BIM models and shop drawings.
• Good technical background with the ability to prepare and understand required technical calculations.
• Experience in quantity take-offs using Revit and Navisworks.
• Good understanding of BEPs, BIM standards, workflows, and project requirements.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
