We are seeking an experienced Senior BIM Engineer / Architect to join our team and lead BIM implementation for architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural BIM models from concept through construction
- Define, manage, and control Level of Development (LOD 100500) in line with project requirements and BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
- Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and best practices
- Ensure BIM models meet agreed LOD, quality, and information maturity at each project phase
- Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines
- Perform model reviews, audits, and clash detection to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support LOD-based BIM deliverables for design development, tender, and construction stages
- Mentor and guide junior BIM engineers and architects on BIM and LOD best practices
- Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and clients to achieve BIM objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering
- 4-6 years of experience in BIM for architectural projects
- Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Shop Drawing and BIM collaboration platforms
- Proven experience managing and validating LOD specifications (LOD 100500)
- Solid understanding of architectural design, construction documentation, and coordination
- Experience leading BIM teams and handling multiple projects
- Strong communication and coordination skills
