Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BIM Landscape Architect to join our design consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape architecture and design, combined with hands-on experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and multidisciplinary coordination. The role involves developing, coordinating, and reviewing landscape design deliverables for high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. The successful candidate will contribute to design development, BIM implementation, technical quality, and the delivery of coordinated landscape design packages in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver landscape design concepts, schematic designs, detailed designs, and construction documentation.
Prepare and review landscape plans, planting plans, hardscape layouts, grading plans, irrigation layouts, and landscape details.
Ensure landscape design solutions meet project brief, design intent, functionality, aesthetics, and technical requirements.
Coordinate landscape design with architecture, structural, MEP, infrastructure, and other multidisciplinary teams.
Review design proposals and provide technical recommendations to ensure quality and design consistency.
Support the development of landscape design standards, details, and design guidelines.
Ensure compliance with applicable design codes, authority requirements, and project specifications.
Develop and manage landscape BIM models using Revit and other relevant BIM software.
Prepare accurate landscape models incorporating hardscape, softscape, planting, site furniture, landscape structures, and associated elements.
Produce coordinated landscape drawings, schedules, quantities, and documentation from BIM models.
Ensure models comply with project BIM Execution Plans, modelling standards, naming conventions, and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
Perform BIM coordination and clash detection with multidisciplinary models.
Review and resolve design and model coordination issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
Support BIM workflows, model audits, data management, and the continuous improvement of landscape modelling standards.
Coordinate with BIM Managers and Coordinators to ensure successful project delivery.
Review landscape design and BIM deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
Identify design discrepancies, coordination issues, and technical risks.
Ensure landscape documentation is aligned with architectural intent and construction requirements.
Provide guidance and technical support to junior landscape architects and BIM team members.
Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and project discussions.
Support the preparation of design submissions and ensure timely delivery of assigned packages.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
8+ years of professional experience in landscape design consultancy, with strong exposure to BIM-based project delivery.
Proven experience in landscape design development and technical documentation for large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
Strong hands-on experience in Revit for landscape BIM modelling and documentation.
Experience working with multidisciplinary design consultants and coordinating landscape models with architectural, structural, MEP, and infrastructure disciplines.
Strong understanding of landscape design principles, hardscape, softscape, planting, grading, and irrigation coordination.
Experience in preparing and reviewing landscape drawings, details, schedules, and design packages.
Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD requirements, BIM Execution Plans, and model coordination workflows.
Experience with AutoCAD and other relevant landscape design and BIM software.
Strong knowledge of design development, construction documentation, and technical coordination.
Experience with Navisworks for BIM coordination and clash detection.
Knowledge of Civil 3D, Rhino, SketchUp, or other relevant landscape design and modelling tools.
Experience with high-rise residential, hospitality, luxury developments, and complex landscape projects.
