Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior BIM Mechanical Design Engineer with strong experience in HVAC and Plumbing systems to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have solid BIM experience, strong knowledge of international and Saudi design codes, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in designing HVAC and Plumbing systems for buildings.
• Strong knowledge of international and Saudi design codes.
• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination with Architectural, Structural, and Electrical teams.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.

Technical Experience

Experience in designing and coordinating:

• HVAC Systems
• Plumbing Systems
• Chilled Water Systems
• DX Systems
• Ventilation Systems
• Water Supply Systems
• Drainage Systems
• Storm Water Systems

Required Software

• Revit MEP
• AutoCAD
• HAP

Position Details

• Open Positions: 2
• Location: Nasr City, Cairo
• Working Hours: 9 hours per day, including a 45-minute break
• Working Days: 5 days per week
• Days Off: Friday & Saturday
