We are seeking a
BIM Mechanical Engineer to join our MEP team and support the development, coordination, and delivery of high-quality mechanical building services models across various construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage 3D BIM models for Mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting) using Revit.
- Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural disciplines to ensure clash-free designs.
- Prepare and review shop drawings, IFC drawings, and as-built models.
- Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, BIM Execution Plan (BEP), and client requirements.
- Support quantity take-off (BOQ) and material estimation from BIM models.
- Collaborate with site teams and technical office to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Update models based on design changes and site modifications.
- Participate in coordination meetings with consultants and contractors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong experience in Revit MEP and BIM workflows.
- Good knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
- Experience with Navisworks / AutoCAD is a plus.
- Understanding of construction drawings and technical office procedures.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Preferred:
- Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
Willingness to relocate to New Damietta
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
