We are seeking a
Senior Mechanical BIM Engineer specializing in
firefighting systems and
Revit. The ideal candidate should have at least
5 years of experience in BIM mechanical design and strong proficiency in
Revit family creation, content management, and template customization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, customize, and maintain Revit families, templates, and content libraries for mechanical and firefighting systems.
- Manage and update MicroBIM's Revit content database and templates.
- Support continuous improvement of BIM standards and internal workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM-based mechanical/firefighting design.
- Expert user of Autodesk Revit MEP (modeling, family creation, templates).
- Strong understanding of mechanical services and firefighting design standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
