Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Senior BIM Specialist with solid expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to support and represent the Landscape Architecture discipline within our practice. The role is ideal for professionals with strong BIM skills who are looking to take on greater responsibility and develop towards a management role

Requirements:

• Support and coordinate the BIM implementation for the Landscape Architecture discipline across design projects.

• Work closely with other disciplines to ensure smooth integration of landscape models into broader project workflows.

• Contribute to defining and maintaining BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans.

• Assist in BIM-related client and consultant engagements, representing the Landscape Architecture team with professionalism.

• Ensure quality assurance of digital models, supporting accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with client requirements.

• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to internal design teams.

• Stay informed of emerging BIM technologies and workflows to enhance project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in BIM, with proven contributions to international, high-profile projects.

• Strong skills in BIM strategy, coordination, and implementation within multidisciplinary environments.

• Proficiency in relevant BIM tools and platforms (Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Rhino, Grasshopper, etc.).

• Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.

• Motivation to grow into a BIM Manager role over time.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Experience with BIM Middle-East, KSA Projects
